What makes you happy?

What does it take to make you happy and contented? Some people say that life is short and you should make the most out of it. There isn't anything which is perfect, is there?

Does one stop looking when they are in a comfortable place or should they keep looking for more? If it's the latter, then when do you know you've found it? And if you don't want to look anymore, does it mean that you've not lived life to the fullest?

To borrow a phrase from the bride's speech at a recent wedding dinner..."to family, friends and love"...I guess you can't live without 'em

I guess it's how you look at things, isn't it?
(a) Be overly optimistic and get disappointed
(b) Be overly pessimistic and be happy with the meagre sum
